1. The service
Idearo provides a platform for people to publish project ideas, discover projects, collaborate, communicate and express interest in projects. Idearo does not itself execute investments or guarantee funding, employment, partnerships or project outcomes.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and provide information you are allowed to share. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the limited rights needed to host, display and operate that content inside the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
4. Public projects
When you publish an active project for discovery, information intentionally included in that project may be publicly visible. Think before publishing secrets, passwords, private customer data or confidential third-party material.
5. Prohibited use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape private information, send malicious code, impersonate others, spam users, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
6. Investment
Investment interest on Idearo is an introduction/discovery feature. Any actual financing, diligence, securities transaction or contract occurs outside Idearo and is the responsibility of the parties involved and subject to applicable law.
7. Availability
We work to keep Idearo available, but the service may change, be interrupted or be discontinued.
